New entrant to the Nepalese helicopter market hopes to begin operations with a fresh approach.

Kailash Helicopter Services, a new operator beginning operations in Nepal, was awarded their No-Objection Certificate (NOC) – the equivalent of an operators certificate, grating permission for the company to begin commercial helicopter operations from the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) on December 6th of 2017.

Kailash will begin operations with a brand new Airbus H125 (As350B3e) provided by Airbus Helicopters Singapore.

Kailash will begin operations offering tours, charter, rescues, and is planning to develop a world class long-line rescue team to provide high level of rescue services in Nepal. The company hopes to rapidly expand as they continue to build on positive relationships in the largest tourism markets of Nepal and work in other commercial sectors of the industry.
