AMGH announces acquisition of SevenBar Aviation

Air Medical Group Holdings (AMGH) announced in a press release on April 2nd, 2019, that the company had signed a purchase agreement to acquire Seven Bar Aviation, LLC, a privately-held air medical operator offering fixed and rotor wing services around the United States.

SevenBar Aviation has grown its geographic footprint significantly over the last seven decades and has a fleet of nine jet and turboprop airplanes, in addition to six helicopters. The company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with nearly 100 employees and currently has bases in New Mexico, Texas, Maine, Massachusetts, Virginia, and North Carolina.
“SevenBar Aviation’s commitment to its communities, patients and healthcare partners are a tremendous asset and will align with the AMGH and Med-Trans strategic vision and culture,” said Med-Trans President Rob Hamilton. “We are very much looking forward to working with the leadership and dedicated employees of SevenBar.”

No information was provided to media outlets on the agreed sale price of the agreement made between SevenBar Aviation and AMGH at the time of publication. This news item will be updated as more information is made available.
